How do I get a quote?
- Just send us a request on our Contact Page. We will get to work on a custom quote and ordering info.
Are there additional fees such as set-up and design charges?
- Normally design fees are not charged when providing print ready images in the required format (pdf, AI, cdr, psd). If design services are required on complex graphics, a charge of $35 per image will apply. Set-up is included on all styles of apparel which includes sizing and editing for print.
Will I be able to see a proof before ordering?
- Yes, once we confirm your quote and receive your graphics, we will send you digital "drafts" with supplied graphics, of your apparel. Once order is confirmed, we will send you digital "proofs" with finalized graphics before production starts.
How long will it take to get my order?
- It varies based on shipping and workload. normal production time on our Singlets is 10 business days, plus applicable weekend days and shipping. So 14-17 calendar days from final proof approval. All other apparel normally ships within 21 calendar days from final proof approval. Fight shorts and 2 Pc. Singlet final proofs could take 5-7 after order placement based on order load, but this is part of the normal production estimate above.
What forms of payment is accepted?
- Once your order is confirmed we will send you an invoice. We accept most major CC, Paypal, and Checks (3-5 days for clearance).
What are the shipping costs?
- None. We include free shipping on all team orders (minimum qty.) Our Singlets ship straight from factory by upgraded UPS 2 day Air. All other apparel will ship UPS Ground from Jacksonville, Florida, 1-5 day est. delivery.
What about returns?
- Due to the irreversible sublimation printing process, returns are not accepted. Except in cases of error on our part. But rest assured we take every step to deliver you the highest quality apparel. We will send digital proofs for your approval before production begins. Custom Athletix was proud to have been the apparel provider for 3 FHSAA State Champions in 2017 representing 4 different sports.
Does Custom Athletix offer apparel for other sports?
- YES. From Softball to Soccer, Football to Baseball and Lacrosse. We do it all. Contact us for more info.
